M9410A

Keysight M9410A family
Research Quality: 50% complete

The Keysight M9410A is a PXIe vector transceiver that functions as both a signal generator and a signal analyzer in a single PXIe module. The M9410A covers a frequency range of 380 MHz to 6 GHz and offers a maximum RF bandwidth of 1.2 GHz. The M9410A provides an SSB phase noise of -129 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz (10 kHz offset) and a maximum output power of +20 dBm at 1 GHz.[1]

What it is

The Keysight M9410A is a PXIe vector transceiver. The M9410A is supported by the 89600 VSA software. The M9410A and M9411A family integrates core signal-analysis capabilities with hardware speed and accuracy.[3]

How it works

The M9410A and M9411A multichannel setup supports up to 4 channels of synchronous acquisition. Each module must have the MMO option, each module must be the same model, and each module must have the same firmware version. Firmware version M.25.62 or greater is required for multichannel use.[4]

The M9410A and M9411A module supports installation of multiple modules in the same chassis for multichannel measurements. Each module is assigned a HiSLIP VISA address, and the VSA software discovers each module through a unique physics server port.[3]

Where it fits in the process flow

The M9410A and M9411A are used for multichannel measurements when multiple modules are installed in the same chassis. The multichannel workflow relies on synchronized acquisition across aligned modules.[4][3]
